cat or kitten is being Purchased as a

Breeder and Purchaser agree to the following:
1. The purchaser accepts the responsibility of
caring for this kitten and providing properly for
his/her welfare.
2. This kitten will be kept indoors and not be
allowed to room freely outdoors.
3. Under no circumstances will this kitten be
donated, leased or sold to any pet store/shop, research
lab, or similar facility.
4. Kitten is guaranteed to be in good health at
time of sale. If kitten is deemed in poor health by a
veterinarian within the first 72 hours of possession,
breeder agrees to replace said kitten upon written
notification from a veterinarian, with another similar
Persian kitten of same quality or refund purchase’s
money upon return of kitten at the purchaser’s expense.
5. This kitten was bred from top quality, healthy,
PKD-tested parents owed by Sharon L. Gut. In the
unlikely event this kitten develops a fatal disease
resulting from a genetic defect in the first year of
life, the kitten will be replaced with a similar Persian
kitten of equal quality. Documentation from a licensed
veterinarian is required.
6. “Show” and “Breeder” refer to the quality of
the kitten and are no form of quarantee.
7. It is agreed that this sale is taking place in
the State of Indiana, USA, and it is agreed that this
contract will be interpreted pursuant to the law of the
State of Indiana, USA, therefore, any legal issues are
to be handled in the court system of Indianapolis,
Indiana, USA.
8. Due to the studies done at CornellUniversity by
Dr. Perderson when he concluded FE LV and FIP
vaccinations are correlated with the occurrence and
severity of FIP. Vonguts does not vaccinate for these
and does not quarantee health of the purchased kitten if
they are vaccinated for these after going to their new
homes.
9. Only “show” quality kitten are permitted to be
shown in a cat show ----any “breeder” or “pet” quality
kitten must get approval from the breeder to enter a
showhall.

abide by the terms of this contract, and indicate their
